Managing your stay safely

The way our apartments operate has had to change to keep you safe and to comply with all the new regulations. Here is what’s new:

  • Registration

Registration

When you book with us, in addition to sending you confirmation of your booking, we will be sending you a link for a registration form. To comply with the government’s new rules regarding trace and track, this form must be filled in including all guests who are staying at the apartment. You will not be allowed access to the apartment until this form is completed. Just click on the link, fill in the form, submit it and relax.

Checking -In

We want you to be safe when you stay in our apartments so please look at the guidelines below:

  • Our apartments are completely self-contained so there is no need to check-in with us downstairs. Check-in is from 16.30 hours onwards, just follow the instructions on the email we send to you approximately 5 days prior to your stay.

  • For the time being we cannot offer any early check-ins, we need the time to ensure the full cleaning and servicing of your apartment.

  • When you arrive, you will have code for the key safe to your apartment. The key safe and keys will have been cleaned and sanitised. Just follow the instructions to open and close the key safe.

  • Inside the main front door to both apartments there is a hand sanitiser on a shelf. Please use this before you open the main front door and after you close it on entering the apartments.

Managing your stay

  • Your apartment will have been thoroughly cleaned before you arrive, including the sanitation of all surfaces, light switches, and door handles. We use gloves, masks and fabric sanitiser when we clean your apartment so all items will be clean and free from contamination by ourselves.

  • There will be anti-bacterial wipes available in your apartment. PLEASE DO NOT PUT THESE DOWN THE TOILET. PLEASE USE THE BINS PROVIDED.

  • The government advise face coverings in common areas such as corridors.

What to Do if You Feel Unwell

If you think you may have the virus you must do the following:

  • => inform us

  • => immediately self isolate ( all persons in shared rooms)

  • => call 119 to book your appointment for a test. YOU MUST GIVE OUR POST CODE:  PO38 1ET 

  • =>You can leave before the result is available and you should leave on your due date anyway

  • => if the test is positive you and the rest of you party must leave as soon as is practicable &

  • => you should take appropriate measures on your return journey contact your ferry company for info

  • => if the test is negative you are free to continue you holiday as before 

Payments

For your safety and ours we are moving away from cash payments and where possible we will be managing payments without the use of handheld card readers. This means, if you have not already provided us with your card details, we will send you a payment link usually about 30 days before your stay. Please click on the link and follow their instructions.

Check Out

To avoid contact when checking out please place the keys back in the key safe. We will collect them from there. Please be aware that  a charge of £50.00 will be made if the keys are not returned.
